Nathalie Falmet Champagne Brut NV comes from the Côte des Bar in southern Champagne, where Nathalie Falmet has been crafting expressive grower champagnes since the early 1990s. As both a vigneronne and an oenologist, she brings a rare precision to her 3.40-hectare estate, farming sustainably on Kimmeridgian clay-limestone soils and handling every step from vineyard to cellar herself. This Brut NV is a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, enriched with reserve wines that add depth and complexity. Vinified in stainless steel and finished with a restrained dosage of around 4–5 g/L, it balances freshness with subtle richness. Pale straw in the glass, it opens with aromas of crisp orchard fruit, citrus and delicate florals, underpinned by gentle notes of brioche and spice. The palate is lively yet refined, with a fine mousse, mineral drive, and a clean, elegant finish. A true expression of a grower’s hand and terroir, this is Champagne with both character and finesse. Perfect as an aperitif, it also shines alongside seafood, poultry, or creamy cheeses. Why we love this wine? We love the richness balanced with liveliness and, love supporting Grower Champagne producers!
