Delgado Zuleta Fino Sherry 750 ml is a classic Spanish fortified wine from Bodegas Delgado Zuleta, the oldest active sherry house in the Jerez/Sherry region, founded in 1744 and still family‑run in Sanlúcar de Barrameda on Spain’s Atlantic‑influenced southwest coast. The winery has centuries of tradition producing fine fortified wines in the DO Jerez‑Xérès‑Sherry and neighbouring Manzanilla area, combining historic methods with modern consistency in its solera‑aged portfolio. Fino is one of the classic dry sherry styles, made from 100 % Palomino grapes that are fortified to about 15 % ABV and aged biologically under flor yeast in a solera system. This unique ageing under flor protects the wine from oxidation and gives it a pale straw colour, delicate florals, crisp almond and yeast‑driven aromatics, a dry, light palate with maritime salinity and a refreshing finish. The result is an elegant, bone‑dry sherry that works beautifully as a chilled apéritif on its own or paired with seafood, oysters, prawns, olives, almonds, cured meats or sushi.
